When we went and toured this place we absolutely loved it. Vicky, the Sr. Community Manager was so friendly and answered all our questions. The place is brand new and super modern. When filling out our applications, we were informed the exact apartment that she showed us had been rented already. They offered to schedule a showing for other available units asap, which I was super impressed by. Vicky also did a great job at giving us a good price run down and estimation. Depending on which unit you get, you can have amazing views of the mountains and the valley, or you can be right in the center of the building where you see the beautiful courtyard. We were told that if you want an outside view it will be a little more expensive than a courtyard view, but if a view is worth it for you, I donât think it was that much more a month. I would definitely recommend considering this place based off of my experience.
